Book with a Deposit
Accept your Estimate and either place a 50% deposit or pay up front for 20% off. Pay Cash and get 25% off. When you accept your estimate, you will have the option to select your install and removal dates.

We Install
We will send you a reminder prior to your appointment, and take care of the rest! We will install all lights as well as a timer in about 1.5–3 hours depending on the project. All lights automatically turn on at dusk and turn off in the morning so you don't touch anything.

We Remove
We will send you a reminder prior to your appointment and will remove everything from the property. This typically only takes us 1–2 hours depending on the size of the property. When next year rolls around, you can keep the same design of lights or change to a new theme!
All appointments are dependent on weather. If there is inclement weather that prevents us from installing or removing, we will communicate with you directly in order to reschedule as soon as possible. All installs and removals are done during daylight.

We use quality, commercial-grade LED lights that are better for energy savings, more vibrant, and hold up in our winter weather. You select which color you want on your house and we handle the install and removal. Look the best in the neighborhood without any of the hassle or maintenance.

What's Included
One price covers the entire season; we install, remove, test and maintain the entire season. No setup on your end, as we provide the Timers, Clips and Extension Cords as needed (and of course the lights too). If something goes wrong or a bulb goes out, you just have to give us a call and we will come out to get things fixed!

- Mid-Season FixesIf a strand goes out or a clip comes loose, we come back and fix it. Submit a maintenance request through our website or contact us directly.
- Removal and StoragePre-schedule your removal when you submit your job, and all lights are taken down in January. This typically takes us about 1–2 hours depending on the job, then next year you can pick different colors if you want!

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the deposit work?
A payment request for the deposit will be sent via Stripe to your email on file. Payment is due 3 business days prior to your installation date. After installation, a second request will be sent via Stripe to your email on file for the remaining balance and will be due within 1 business day or subject to late fees. The 50% deposit holds your install and removal dates, but please note that online payments are subject to an online processing fee that will be listed in the Stripe invoice. If you want to avoid a processing fee, we do offer a Cash Option that provides a 25% discount!
What if a bulb or strand goes out?
Submit a maintenance request through our website, or contact us directly via text, call or email and we will come by and fix it! Any mid-season fixes are included in your price.

What if the weather is bad on my install day?
As we are unable to do installations in inclement weather, we will reschedule your installation day to the next available slot (or build one in). We will coordinate with you directly to get you rescheduled as soon as possible and with what works within your schedule. This same process will hold for removal appointments as well.
When do the lights come down?
Removals start the first full week of January and continue until January 31st. When you accept your Estimate and schedule your installation date, you will schedule your removal date at that time as well :)
Do you do two-story homes or metal roofs?
It really depends on the property. Our goal is to provide service to all property owners that inquire. In most cases we should be able to; however, if we are not able to, we will let you know.
Can I use my own lights?
No. We install our own commercial-grade lights so we can guarantee them all season. This is how we are able to include maintenance in our pricing, as we have replacement bulbs and strands on hand.
How soon do I need to book?
As soon as possible. We are booking now, and installation will start the second week of November and run through December 20th. We are only going to be taking about 40–50 homes this season, so once those slots are booked, we will not be taking any more projects.
